Accessing and viewing your account details is incredibly simple with the Valente Online client section, simply head to http://accounts.valenteonline.com, and login using your email address and your password, provided to you at the time of sign up. Once logged in you will be able to view the current services attatched to your account, update your details and access your website’s server control panel
Forgot your password? No problem, simply enter your email address and click the ‘forgot password button. Your password will then be reset and email to your email address.
Updating your details can be done by navigating to the client >> my profile menu which will display your client profile and offer the option to update your details by completing the web form bellow your profile.
View your current services attatched to your client profile by navigating to the billing >> subscriptions menu where you will be able to view and modify your current services
Your invoices may also be viewed and downloaded for record keeping purposes by navigating to the billing >> invoices menu
Support; should you have any queries or experience any difficulties, you may log a support request directly from your client account dashbaord by navigating to the support >> submit support request menu, where you will then be able to submit a comprehensive support request
